Based in North East Scotland, our football league is dedicated to helping men lose weight, build up fitness and have fun in a safe and respectful community.

Our program puts physical health and fitness through sport and comradery at it's heart. Our members combined have lost over 75kg so far and continue to lose weight and improve their fitness

About Fat Fives Football

Fat Fives Football is a football weight loss and fitness program designed for men with a BMI of 26 or over. We combine the team spirit and cardio of weekly football matches to produce a highly effective weight loss programme that has seen over 80% of our members lose weight!

From just £6 a week, we work on a "pay-when-you-play" model, no monthly subscriptions or hidden costs. We provide access to Class 3 medical weight measuring equipment, weight tracking software and a friendly and highly engaged online player community.
